What shall I do if I receive a product with a damaged packing?

If you receive a product with a damaged packing box you should not receive the product.
Please send it back to the shipping company and get in touch with us immediately so we can solve the problem as fast as possible and avoid future issues.

If you received a damaged product please fill out our Support Form & upload a picture of the damaged item to inform us about it. We will guide you on how to return the item and receive full refund of your purchase.

What shall I do if I am not completely satisfied with the product I purchase?

All our clients have 7 days from the date they received the product to return it without any questions been asked.
If this is the case please fill out our Support Form & upload a picture of the product you want to return  & we will guide you on how to post the item back to us and receive full refund of your purchase.

What is your Return Policy?

In the case the products have not being used or damaged all our clients have 7 days from the date they received the product to return it and receive full refund without any questions been asked.
You just need to fill out our Support Form & upload a picture of the product you want to return  & we will guide you on how to post the item back to us and receive full refund of your purchase.
The total payment received from you plus the postal expenses incurred will be refunded to the client on the same method of payment used on the purchase.

How the Purchase Refund process works?

The first step is to fill out our Support Form to inform us what you would like to do.
Once you receive our instructions on how to return the item you will proceed to post it back to us.
After we received your product without any damage we will refund your purchase value plus any postage expenses back to your debit or credit card or other method of payment you used in your purchase.

How long does it take for me to have my money back?

Once we have received and cleared your product we will proceed with the refund right away and inform you about the credit. In case of credit into bank accounts or other online payment options the money will be available shortly after we do the credit. In case of debit and credit cards however the credit may appear only in your next invoice.

What is the quality of your images?

At Route266 we only work with licensed HD Images, high quality printing papers and frames & state of the art printing equipment aiming to deliver only high quality final products to our clients. In case you have received a damaged product or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you will be able to return it and receive a full refund. Please read our Return Policy for further details.

Do you sell digital files of the images?

No we don`t sell digital images. We only sell printed images in high quality paper that can be also framed according to the client order.

Can I share your images through Social Media?

Yes you can share any of our sample images through social media channels. Just look for the “share” icon on the image you want to share.

Can I request a sentence to be printed on an image or any other special requests?

You can request a sentence to be printed in your image straight from the Product Page when you are doing your purchase. For other special requests we kindly ask you to get in touch with us before purchasing and we will be happy to discuss your special requirements.

Do you print and frame my personal files?

Yes we do. You just need to purchase one item written “Frame Only” in our store and select the specification you want such as finishing and size. After that go to our support page and upload your file. In case your file does not meet the required minimum criteria to be printed in the size you have selected we will get in touch with you before printing the file.

Is it possible to purchase larger quantities of products to resale in my country?

Yes it is. However If you want to purchase in commercial quantities for resale we kindly ask you to get in touch with us beforehand so we can discuss the best ways for you to import the goods according to the specific import regulations of your country.

What is the quality of other products such as Accessories, House items & Clothing?

At Route266 we strive to research and to offer only high quality products from reliable suppliers.
We do a lot of research and tests before offering a product to our customers. In case you receive a damaged product or you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product you received you will be entitled to return it and receive a full refund. What about import taxes?

As our products are intended for personal use only and not for resale we will post them to you in such way therefore should not incur in any import taxes in most courtiers around the world.
In case you are in doubt about if any item will incur in import taxes upon arrival in your country we strongly recommend you to get in touch with the relevant authorities in your country to clarify the matter before doing the purchase. Once the item is sent to you it is not our responsibility to deal with any import taxes issues in any country.
